The Sparmax DH-810 is a compact gravity fed HVLP spray gun which offers excellent quality at a reasonable price. Fitted with an 0.5mm needle / nozzle combination the DH-810 offer reasonable detail performance, while excelling at coverage on medium to large work. Thanks to it's high paint flow & limited overspray the DH-810 is especially good for high gloss & clear work, allowing successive passes to be laid down "wet on wet" for optimum finish.
The DH-810 is capable of handling heavier paints such as primers / metallics & is suitable for tasks like custom automotive work, automotive touch up, sign / mural work, large scale models & spray tanning.
The spray pattern is fully adjustable from round to fan pattern via the side mounted pattern adjusting screw & the angle of the fan spray can be adjusted by rotating the air cap. Air pressure adjustment can be carried out with the air adjustment screw located at the bottom of the handle & paint flow can be controlled by the rear mounted adjuster. The DH-810 can be easily & quickly stripped for cleaning & maintenance.
Supplied with a 125ml plastic paint cup with screw on lid, maintenance spanner, cleaning brush & paint filter. The air inlet is ¼" BSP & a 1/8" BSP reducer is also supplied.

** Please see the "Air Requirements" tab for information on compressor suitability. The DH-810 consumes considerably more air than a standard airbrush particularly when operating in fan pattern & many low / medium powered airbrush compressor will be unable to provide adequate airflow.
The following air consumption figures can be used to determine if you existing compressor will be suitable;
20psi - round pattern - 34 L/Min*
30psi - round pattern - 36 L/Min*
20psi - fan pattern - 37 L/Min*
30psi - fan pattern - 45 L/Min*
Your compressors airflow rating should be available from the compressor manual or from the manufacturer's website. Should the rating be provided in CFM, multiply the CFM rating by 28.3 to obtain the L/Min rating.
